Are you an Administrator looking for work in a school environment?

It is MANDATORY that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on ARBOR/BROMCOM/SIMS. You would be part of a busy office environment and work as part of a high quality administration team, and the majority of the role would be front facing on reception. You would have an integral role in supporting the smooth running of the school.

You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm.
This is a full time role throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.

As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM
« Answering phones and taking messages
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Dealing with parents and pupils

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
