Aspire People is looking to speak with qualified Design Technology Teachers for secondary teaching opportunities across East Birmingham.
We work with secondary schools across areas including Bordesley Green, Small Heath, Alum Rock, Washwood Heath, Stechford, Yardley and surrounding areas.
We are particularly interested in DT specialists with experience in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics and other practical Design Technology subjects.
Opportunities range from flexible supply and short-term cover through to full-time long-term and permanent positions.
Roles may include teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, delivering GCSE courses within your specialist area and taking responsibility for planning, marking and assessment on longer-term assignments.
We are looking for teachers with QTS or QTLS, strong DT subject knowledge, confident classroom management and experience working within a secondary school environment.
ECT Design Technology teachers are encouraged to apply, alongside experienced teachers looking for their next position.
