Location: Barnet, North London

Roles: Teaching Assistants - Primary, Secondary & SEN

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools in the London Borough of Barnet. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we would love to hear from you.

The Roles

  • Primary Schools - supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Secondary Schools - supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including classroom and individual support.
  • SEN Schools & Specialist Provision - supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
  • Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Support children with additional learning needs and SEN.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom organisation and day-to-day activities.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents/carers where appropriate.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of pupils.

We Are Looking For

  • Passionate about working with children and young people.

  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Interested in developing a career within education.
  • Experienced in education, childcare, youth work or SEN (desirable but not essential).

Relevant qualifications and previous experience are welcomed, but they are not essential for all positions. Training and support may be available depending on the role and school.
