1:1 SEND Behaviour Support Assistant North Manchester | Year 6 | Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity | Aspire People Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Support Assistant to support two Year 6 pupils at a partnered primary school in North Manchester.

The role will involve working with both pupils on a 1:1 basis, with the school day divided between them.

Each pupil has different needs, so the successful candidate will need to be flexible, observant, and confident adapting their support style.

This position would suit someone who is passionate about SEND, behaviour support, and helping children develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and emotionally.
