Locations and Hours

We are currently recruiting for an individual to cover a range of hours in the Conisbrough, Mexborough, Kilnhurst and surrounding areas, between the hours of 8am and 8.30pm, offering flexible working options to suit your lifestyle - weekend availability is required for this role. Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – roles available with flexible schedules. You will support individuals with shifts and areas assigned where possible to enable strong client matching.

Job Summary

Your main responsibility will be to support individuals in their own homes or in the community. This may involve providing respite care for family carers or supporting clients to develop life skills and increase social inclusion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging social inclusion and identifying meaningful activities
  • Supporting access to employment or education
  • Maintaining accurate and factual daily records
  • Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence
  • Supporting daily tasks such as budgeting, cleaning, and cooking
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting with the administration of medication

Please note: You may be required to travel to other locations we support, as needed.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Weekend availability
