Support Worker – Doncaster Area

Locations and Hours – Doncaster Area
We are currently recruiting for a an individual to cover a range of hours across Doncaster, between the hours of 8am and 8:30pm, offering flexible working options to suit your lifestyle - weekend availability is required for this role.

Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – roles available with flexible schedules. You will support individuals throughout Doncaster, with shifts and areas assigned where possible to enable strong client matching.
Start dates available from 9th June 2026.
Job Summary
Your main responsibility will be to support individuals in their own homes or in the community. This may involve providing respite care for family carers or supporting clients to develop life skills and increase social inclusion.Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Encouraging social inclusion and identifying meaningful activities

Supporting access to employment or education

Maintaining accurate and factual daily records

Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence

Supporting daily tasks such as budgeting, cleaning, and cooking

Providing personal care where needed
Supporting with the administration of medication

Requirements:

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
