About the Role
JobServe is seeking a Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our friendly and professional team based in Tiptree. We re looking for someone with experience in both sales and purchase ledger processes, who brings accuracy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the sales ledger and process sales receipts
- Perform credit control and handle sales invoicing queries
- Code and check purchase invoices accurately
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Respond to purchase ledger enquiries
- Process purchase invoice payments
- Handle staff expenses processing
- Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales and purchase ledger roles
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
