Our Client is a well established Community Pharmacy in Telford, Shropshire TF1 ***

The store uses Titan PMR – Software – 15% Checking
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-term Locum (Self-employed)
Salary: £30/hr
Store opening hour: Weekdays 09.00-21.00 (1-hr closed for lunch)

The Post Holder must meet our mandatory compliance checks e.g.,

• ID, (essential).
• Right-to-work, (essential).
• GPhC Registration, (essential).
• Enhanced DBS, (essential).
• x2 Referees (essential).

The Post Holder must be able to provide full range of services:-

• Pharmacy First
• Pharmacy Contraceptive Services
• Covid/Flu Vaccinations
• Hypertension Case Finding
• NMS (New Medicine Service)
• Weight Management
• Anticoagulants
• Diabetes
• Blood Pressure
• Needle Exchange
• Supervised Methadone Consumption
• Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC)
• Minor Ailments
• Flu Vaccination
• Smoking Cessation
• Pregnancy Testing
• Chlamydia Testing
• Surgical Appliances
• Ostomy
• Prescription Collection and Delivery
• Healthcare Advice
• Palliative Care
