We're looking for a Senior Consultant in Computational Science and Scientific Engineering, to join our team.
Join a warm desk with an active client base across Europe and the US. You'll be working with cutting-edge biotech and deep-tech companies, from early-stage start-ups to mid-sized firms, driving innovation in bio/cheminformatics, computational biology/chemistry, and AI-powered drug discovery. These organisations are pioneering advances in genomics, precision medicine, and AI-driven drug development, transforming how therapies are discovered and developed.
Your role will be to connect high-calibre talent – from computational scientists and software engineers to machine learning specialists – with industry-leading companies. You’ll build deep, long-term relationships in a highly technical and fast-moving sector, acting as a true specialist in the field.
Why join us?
We believe consultants should focus on what truly drives success, building relationships with clients and candidates. That’s why every consultant is assigned a dedicated sales support specialist, allowing them to spend more time in high-value activities rather than getting caught up in administrative tasks. This structure enables our team to deliver a more consistent, high-quality service, achieve greater success, and operate at a level that wouldn’t be possible alone.
Responsibilities
- Partner with biotech and TechBio companies to understand their hiring needs and provide expert recruitment solutions in computational biology and chemistry, bio/cheminformatics, and scientific engineering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across Europe and the US, acting as a strategic talent advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in computational sciences, and AI/ML, continuously developing expertise in this space.
- Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices to help businesses scale effectively.
- Work closely with founders, scientific leaders, and hiring teams to support the growth of pioneering computational science teams.
Requirements
- Must have experience in recruitment across the computational sciences (cheminformatics, bioinformatics, computational chemistry and computational biology). Experience within AI/ML, in biotech is a bonus.
- A strong interest in deep tech, computational science, and AI-driven life sciences, with a desire to develop expertise in this sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term professional relationships.
- The ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes across multiple regions.
