Join Our Passionate Swim School Team – Level 2 Swimming Teachers Wanted

Are you a qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher with a passion for helping others build confidence in the water? We are looking for enthusiastic and professional instructors to join our friendly and growing Swim School Team on a casual basis. We offer flexible hours throughout term time and school holidays.

At Aspire, our Swim School follows the Swim England Teaching Plan and teaches over 1,000 pupils – from beginners to more advanced swimmers. Our group sizes are deliberately small (6–8 children) so you can focus on quality teaching and individual progress. We also run rewarding one-to-one sessions for disabled swimmers.

As a Swimming Teacher, you will:
