The successful Trainee Commercial Property Administrator will provide support to fee earners and partners who are focused on providing a very high-quality legal service to their clients. You will act as a vital point of contact for clients and colleagues. The position requires excellent organisational skills, a real get up and go attitude, strong attention to detail, and confidence managing a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment. The successful Trainee Commercial Property Administrator will be IT‑literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and confident using modern IT Systems which are agile. Relevant experience isn't necessary, but the right can do attitude, great customer service skills and the willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to a Partner in the Commercial Property department.
- Prepare legal documents and carry out audio typing.
- Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate file management and file compliance.
- Be responsible for diary management.
- Work alongside another Legal Secretary and provide administrative support where required, including assisting with billing.
