Location: Poole

Salary: £12.71 per hour | 37.5 hours per week

Monday – Wednesday: 7.00am – 5.00pm

Thursday: 7.00am – 4.30pm

Every Friday Off!

Our client is a successful electronics manufacturer looking for a Trainee SMT Machine Operator to join their friendly production team. Full training will be provided, so previous SMT experience is not essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

  • Learning how to operate specialist SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machinery
  • Loading electronic components into production equipment
  • Monitoring machine performance and quality
  • Carrying out basic production and assembly tasks
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Working as part of a supportive team to meet customer deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What are we looking for?
