Although having a legal secretarial background is ideal, our client will consider good all-round administrators or strong secretaries who are willing to learn and work within legal as well as provide comprehensive administrative support.

Key requirements for the role are:

  • Experience of liaising with clients, on the phone and on email.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using modern document management systems.
  • Good typing skills - audio typing skills also would be highly regarded.
  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary - if you have Private Client experience, this would be highly beneficial.
  • Professionalism, great communication and strong Legal Secretary, Secretarial/PA or strong administration skills and experience are essential.

You will be given full training and have a willingness to learn.
