Aspire Jobs are working with a well-established and growing client in Fareham who are looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join their team.
The Role
- You will manage a portfolio of clients, handling:
- New business, renewals and policy adjustments
- Client communications and relationship building
- Market presentations to secure best premium and cover
- Accurate documentation and system updates
Occasional travel to other offices may be required, so a full driving licence and your own transport is essential.
About You
- Experience in a similar insurance account handler role
- Background in personal lines or motor insurance (minimum)
- Target-driven with a proactive sales approach
- Comfortable handling both renewals and new business
- Strong organisation and communication skills

- Maintain high customer service standards (90%+ satisfaction target)
- Handle complaints in line with FCA guidelines
