Residential Property Secretary in Christchurch

They are now recruiting for a Residential Property Secretary to support the legal team. This is an extremely varied and challenging role. Requirements of the Residential Property Secretary * Proven Secretarial/PA background in Residential Property – min 2 years * Case Management experience * Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications * Strong administration and secretarial skills * Excellent organisational skills * Fast accurate typing skills * First class communication skills both written and verbal * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels * Strong attention to detail * Methodical and process driven * Ability to prioritise workload * Audio typing experience ideally but not essential Responsibilities of the Residential Property Secretary * To provide support to the Fee Earners within the Residential Property team. * Handling residential enquiries * Typing correspondence * Organisation of meetings and providing refreshments where required * Producing documents and reports as required * Producing monthly reports for invoicing * Filing, scanning and archiving when required
