Location: Bournemouth (Boscombe and Parkstone areas)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, including shifts, sleep-ins and some weekend working

3Hive currently operates 4 homes in the Bournemouth/Poole area, providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people as they prepare for greater independence.
Their homes are designed to feel as much like a family home as possible, with dedicated teams providing support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
At the heart of 3Hive is a commitment to helping young people who may have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, neglect or family breakdown. Their approach focuses on building positive relationships, developing confidence and giving young people the skills and support they need to move towards independent living.
They are now looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leaderto join their team.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Registered Service Manager to support and guide staff whilst ensuring the young people receive the highest standards of care and support.
As Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing shifts, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young people.
Supporting, motivating and guiding team members to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Acting as a positive role model and promoting 3Hive's therapeutic approach, including PACE
Supporting young people with their personal development, education, wellbeing and independence.
Ensuring individual support plans, risk assessments and daily records are maintained and updated.
Supporting the induction, training, coaching and supervision of staff.
Working closely with the Registered Service Manager to maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance.
Liaising with external agencies and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
Taking on Key Worker responsibilities for individual young people.
