  • Reception experience would be beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities of the Receptionist: -
  • Be the welcoming face of the business.
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
  • Deal with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Take accurate messages when required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Provide support in other areas of the business as required
