My client is an award-winning FMCG business based near the beach in Bournemouth. They are looking to add to their Food Development team and are seeking an experienced Food Developer to help develop great tasting foods from concept to launch across the group, meeting consumer, brand and business needs.

This role will suit someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years food development experience in FMCG
  • Has a BSc in Food Science/Food Development or equivalent
  • Is a self-starter with drive and discipline
  • Has great knowledge of food production and processing
  • Is resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Is a team player, who is collaborative and approachable
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude

The role will see you helping to develop successful new and existing foods to meet the concept brand without compromising on taste, appearance, and texture. You will have sound development experience, developing several foods from concept to launch and good project management skills. You will also be able to keep up to date with the marketing strategy and ensure that the foods of my client always meet the ever-changing requirements and brand needs.

Ideally (but not essential), you will be working across a wide variety of foods and processing technologies and have experience of working with external partners. If you have a second language, then that would be great but isn't essential.

Interviews will be held on 29th January 2020.
