My client is now looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. The role would suit someone with a minimum of 1-2 years Financial Services Admin experience, ideally dealing with Investments such as ISA, Pensions, GIA and Onshore/Offshore Bonds.
You will be experienced and familiar with a wide variety of financial products as well as regulatory requirements. You will be a proactive candidate who has a “can do” attitude and can work on your own initiative whilst following detailed team processes.
The role will see you supporting financial planners by:
- Setting up appointments
- Preparing valuations and documentation for meetings
- Processing adviser instructions following the meeting
- Keeping the back office system updated
- Maintaining live files and case notes
- Processing client agreed recommendations
You will be IT literate including MS Office and also web savvy to cater for the various online processing portals and tools. This is a fast-paced role working within a busy interdependent team, so a confident and polite communication style is key to keeping colleagues updated as well as reminding and getting clarification on any instructions.
