Location: Poundbury

Salary: c £25k plus 1/4 and annual performance bonus

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday - office based

The successful Office Junior will provide support to fee earners and partners who are focused on providing a very high-quality legal service to their clients. You will act as a vital point of contact for clients and colleagues.

The position requires excellent organisational skills, a real get up and go attitude, strong attention to detail, and confidence managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. The successful office junior will be IT-literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and confident using modern IT Systems which are agile. Relevant experience isn't necessary but the right can do attitude, great customer service skills and the willingness to learn are essential. There might be the opportunity to work 1 day per week in their Bournemouth H/O.

Job Role: Working with contractors, developers, landowners and other professional advisers, the team supports clients in putting the right contractual structures in place and provides strategic advice as disputes arise, including representation in Court proceedings, adjudication and mediation.

As the full time Office Junior/Administrator, you will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the fee earners, including liaising with clients, audio typing, document production, and file and diary management. You will also provide limited support with compliance and billing processes, working alongside another Legal Secretary who leads on these areas.
