Requirements of the Residential Property Secretary:
- Proven Secretarial/PA background in Residential Property - min 2 years
- Case Management experience
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications
- Strong administration and secretarial skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fast accurate typing skills
- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Methodical and process driven
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Audio typing experience ideally but not essential
Responsibilities of the Residential Property Secretary:
- To provide support to the Fee Earners within the Residential Property team
- Handling residential enquiries
- Typing correspondence
- Organisation of meetings and providing refreshments where required
- Producing documents and reports as required
- Producing monthly reports for invoicing
- Filing, scanning and archiving when required
