Our professional services client is growing and is now looking to recruit a Legal Secretary within their Dispute Resolution Team. Based in Christchurch, you will be joining a progressive and growing practice that has been established for a long time and has a fantastic reputation.
The successful Legal Secretary will provide support to the Dispute Resolution Team who are focused on providing a very high-quality legal service to their clients. The role would suit someone with experience of working as a Legal Secretary within Dispute Resolution, which is essential. There is scope for the Legal Secretary to have a really positive impact in this team.
Key requirements for the role:
- Experience of liaising with clients, on the phone and on email.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate.
- Diary Management.
- Ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using modern document management systems.
- Ability to manage a varied workload to include secretarial assistance, answering calls, filing, typing (including audio) and document production.
