These roles will help the team meet the needs of our customers and the business.
As Technical Triage Officer, you’ll provide first-line virtual assessment and triage for repairs, damp and mould, and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) cases in our homes, using our systems, scheduling tools, customer information and remote environmental monitoring platforms.
You’ll identify issues early, prioritise cases accurately and elevate them promptly to surveyors, in-house repairs teams or contractors to support proactive compliance.
In return we’ll offer you a salary of £34,107, plus a range of benefits!
