Aspire Housing in Stone (England) is seeking a Technical Triage Officer to provide first-line virtual assessment and triage for repairs, damp and mould, and HHSRS cases in our homes, using our systems, scheduling tools, customer information and remote environmental monitoring platforms.
You will identify issues early, prioritise cases accurately and elevate them promptly to surveyors, in-house repairs teams or contractors to support proactive compliance.
