About the role
Aspire Housing is continuing to invest in our Home Maintenance Service as part of our wider transformation programme. We’re growing our internal trade teams to strengthen the service we provide to customers, build more in-house expertise, and create sustainable opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers with us, all whilst making a difference in our local communities.
In line with our 2026 strategy and corporate values, we recognise the importance of “putting the customer at the heart of what we do and getting the job right first time”. These roles will be an integral part of the service delivery team in meeting the needs of our customers and the business, making this an exciting time to join a growing internal service. - Multi-Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in-house repairs team)
- External Works Colleagues - Salary £35,089 per annum
- Electricians – Salary £41,502 per annum
