We're looking for a skilled and reliable Improvement Multi-Trade colleague (End to End Kitchen Fitter) to join our Planned Works Team. If you take pride in your work and have a strong background in kitchen installations, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
You' ll be responsible for the full replacement of kitchens in occupied and void properties, ensuring a high standard of finish and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring a broad range of trade skills.
What will I be doing:
- Ability to complete kitchen replacements from start to finish
- Remove existing units and prepare the area for installation
- Carry out associated plumbing, plastering, joinery, and floor laying
- Install new kitchen units, worktops, and sinks
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- What do you need to have:
- Demonstrable comprehensive experience in the building/ maintenance industry, specifically in kitchen fitting
- Competent in plumbing, plastering, joinery, and floor laying
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Understand and interpret basic technical drawings
- Competent in using I.T to log onto jobs and record and evidence work
- To participate in the companies out‑of‑hours call‑out service
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
