- Multi‑Skilled Trade Colleagues - Salary £36,249 per annum (For our voids and in‑house repairs team)
- External Works Colleagues - Salary £35,089 per annum
- Electricians – Salary £41,502 per annum
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or construction
- Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of what you do
- Passion for making a difference and taking responsibility to get things done
- Skilled and professional tradesperson
- Flexible approach and able to take part in the out‑of‑hours call‑out service
- Full UK driving license
