Supporting young persons 1:1 in their home
Provide personal and clinical care
Dealing with complex needs including verbal and non verbal
Supporting young people with autism and challenging behaviour
Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
Encourage social participation and independence
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on‑call support available 24 hours a day.
What We’re Looking For
Experience is preferred but we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.
