Would you like to work for a Sunday Times Best Places to Work organisation?

We are going through an exciting period of transformation at Aspire Housing. As part of our improved way of working, we are introducing a number of new roles to support our service delivery teams.

As part of our 2026 focus and in line with our corporate plan and values, we recognise the importance of "putting the customer at the heart of what we do and getting the job right first time" for them. These new roles are an integral part of the service delivery team to meet the needs of our customers and the business.

About the role

As our Home Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless, customer-focused service across a range of housing maintenance and property-related workstreams, including repairs, voids, disrepair and compliance activity. You’ll help keep customers at the heart of everything we do by ensuring services are well coordinated, efficiently managed and delivered right first time.

Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll coordinate activities from start to finish, ensuring appointments are scheduled effectively, work progresses smoothly and customers are kept informed every step of the way. Whether supporting a customer moving into their new home, helping to coordinate damp and mould and HHSRS interventions, arranging repairs and maintenance activity, you’ll play an important role in delivering positive customer outcomes.

You’ll also provide essential operational and administrative support across our maintenance services, ensuring accurate systems data, scheduling activity, timely and accurate asbestos surveys requests, processing supplier invoices and ensuring reporting and performance information are maintained. By working collaboratively across teams, responding proactively to customer enquiries and identifying opportunities for improvement, you’ll help us deliver services that are simpler, slicker and smarter for both customers and colleagues.

What you’ll need to succeed

We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys building positive relationships with a wide range of people. You’ll have experience coordinating services, managing competing priorities and delivering excellent customer service within a busy operational environment.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can work effectively with customers, contractors and colleagues, ensuring information is accurate, timely and easy to understand. You’ll be comfortable handling customer enquiries, resolving issues proactively and knowing when to escalation concerns to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.

You’ll have strong administrative and IT skills, with experience using housing systems to manage workloads, maintain accurate records and support performance reporting. Experience within housing, property services, maintenance, scheduling or contractor management would be advantageous, although your ability to coordinate services effectively and put customers first is what matters most.

Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, embracing continuous improvement and working collaboratively to provide safe, decent homes and great services for our customers.

If you’re ready to make a real difference to customers and communities, we’d love to hear from you.

In return we can offer you:

  • Belonging to a team who make a difference to our community and value equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 concessionary days at Christmas
  • Comprehensive employee assistance programme.
  • Ongoing training and development in your role.
  • A full benefits and discounts platform.
  • Holiday buy, tech and annual savings schemes.
  • Volunteer days.
  • Competitive rates of pay.
  • A generous company pension scheme.
  • Wellbeing and stay safe provisions to look after you at work.

Closing date: 11-Oct-2026
