Aspire Housing is seeking a reliable and experienced Electrician to join the electrical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance.
  • Fault finding and remedial works.
  • Install new circuits followed by relevant tests.
  • Consumer unit upgrades followed by relevant tests
  • Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Produce the relevant technical documentation. (EICR`s, EIC and MWC)
  • Collaborate with other trades and maintain safety standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in domestic electrical work (social housing preferred)
  • Competent in all aspects of Domestic electrical works
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Able to assist in companies out of hours service
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work as a team
