What You'll Do

  • Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
  • Provide personal and clinical care
  • Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
  • Encourage social participation and independence
  • Whether it's helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you'll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected

This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
