We’re looking for *Support Workers* to join our *Outreach Support Service*, supporting individuals in the community with:
* Mental health challenges
* Trauma and addiction recovery
* Social isolation and tenancy sustainment
Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Supporting people 1:1 in their own homes and local communities
* Providing practical and emotional support
* Encouraging participation in social and community activities
* Assisting with housing, tenancy, or health-related challenges
* Developing individual support plans focused on strengths and goals
This role involves lone working, with on-call support available at all times.
*What We’re Looking For*
Experience is *not essential* — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.
We’re looking for someone who is:

*You’ll Need:*
* Manual UK Driving Licence

* Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
