What You’ll Do

  • Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community
  • Provide personal care
  • Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
  • Encourage social participation and independence
  • Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

  • Comfortable working independently

You’ll Need

  • Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to drive both automatic & manual vehicles
  • Access to your own car would be advantageous
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
