Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking Outreach Support Workers (drivers preferred) to assist individuals in the community with mental health challenges, trauma recovery, and tenancy sustainment.
You will provide practical and emotional support, promote social participation, and help clients access housing and health services.
The role involves lone working with on-call support, full induction, and ongoing training. A PVG check and references are required after interview.
