The Independently Licensed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Clinician works within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical services to individuals with substance and/or alcohol use disorders as part of a recently re-designed Intensive Outpatient Program at South Shore Hospital. The IOP provides evidence-based intensive counseling services with licensed clinicians in group and individual settings for the treatment of substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. This position will also work with the clients to access community resources and work with collaterals in the community, including other behavioral health providers, PCP, and community support groups.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Behavioral Sciences
- An independent license in a behavioral health field is required (LMHC, LADC I, LICSW)
- Professional training and experience providing clinical services and substance use services to program population, including a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
- Group therapy experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
- Computer proficiency
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $75,000 - $95,000.
