Aspire Foundation is seeking two experienced and motivated Senior Family Support Workers to join our dedicated Targeted Family Support Team.
Responsibilities
- Make a vital contribution to delivering high-quality targeted family support for families with children aged 0–11 years.
- Work as part of a team to deliver intervention programmes that improve parenting, resolve issues, and strengthen family functioning.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, local councils, independent agencies, and voluntary sector partners to implement Gloucestershire’s countywide Early Help offer.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 (or above) in Childcare, Education, or Health & Social Care—or NVQ Level 3 with a commitment to work towards Level 4.
- A proactive, compassionate professional with a willingness to undertake further training.
