Some adviser roles ask you to build from scratch. This one hands you the foundation and says — now grow it. I'm working exclusively with a values-led, independent financial planning group expanding across the whole of the UK with a strong presence already in the North of England. They've built something worth joining: genuine whole-of-market independence, real infrastructure, and a leadership team who are all ex advisers until handing over clients as part of the growth journey. They are a truly values led team and business. They do things differently, in the right way, with the right ethics and heart in all that they do.
The desk based advice model is their answer to the growing advice gap — a structured, technology-enabled advice channel designed to deliver high-quality, goals-based financial planning at scale. No field sales. No cold prospecting. All client meetings conducted via phone or Microsoft Teams, with AI-assisted workflows and review packs prepared before you pick up the phone. You'll join with an existing client bank from day one — around 300 clients, average assets up to £250,000, with the opportunity to service higher value clients with non-complex needs. The client bank is live and growing, driven by the group's ongoing acquisition activity across the North. There is genuine urgency here — and genuine opportunity.

- It rewards advisers who take ownership, work collaboratively, and are motivated by doing excellent work for clients.
The firm's values are not decorative. Integrity, ownership, collaboration, excellence, and growth are the behaviours that shape how this team operates — and they hire for them.

- Death in Service: 10× basic salary
- Private Medical Insurance
- 5% employer pension via salary sacrifice + NI savings rebated into your plan

- Confident and comfortable advising via telephone and video
- Organised, quality-focused, and genuinely motivated by client outcomes
- Desirable: experience in cash flow modelling, whole-of-market or independent environments, or structured/centralised advice models.
The interview process:
- Stage 1 — Intro call with AspireExec (role fit, motivations, logistics)
- Stage 3 — Case / scenario discussion (planning thinking and communication)
- Stage 4 — Offer made; referencing commences
We move quickly for the right people. This is a high-quality opportunity with a firm that has a real plan, real support, and a real culture.
