We’re expanding our team at Aspire Fulham and are looking for a driven, professional Lettings Negotiator to join us.
About the Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role within our Fulham team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Maintaining regular communication with landlords and applicants, accurately recording all correspondence
- Building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Arranging, organising, and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers on behalf of clients
- Developing a strong understanding of the local market
- Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities
- Meeting daily and weekly performance targets
- Collaborating with other departments and referring business where appropriate
