Job Description
We are a post 16 training provider. We work with individuals to improve their skills and qualifications to enable them to gain sustainability and to be an active member of their community. We empower our learners to develop soft skills whilst studying for qualifications to enable them to be ready for work.
Role - Employer Engagement Officer - Adult Skills, Skills Bootcamps and Apprenticeships
Location - North West England (hybrid role with nationwide reach)
Salary - £24,500 – £28,000 per annum - Salary is based upon qualification and experience

🔑 What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage employer relationships to support the delivery of Skills Bootcamps, Adult Learning programmes, and Apprenticeships.
- Identify employer training needs and create tailored workforce development solutions.
- Promote our training provision across sectors and regions, with a strong focus on the North West and opportunities nationwide.
- Work collaboratively with our curriculum and learner engagement teams to ensure outstanding outcomes for both employers and learners.
✅ About you:
- Proven experience in employer engagement, business development, or skills/training sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of government-funded training (Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, Adult Education Budget) is highly desirable.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
