Are you ready to join a dynamic team where innovation thrives? Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Transport Administrator to be part of our exciting journey.
Your Role:
- To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation. Ensure driven vehicles are refuelled after details. Close job requests after completion of detail including fuel and mileage records.
- Booking maintenance events and damage repairs as required.
- Provide a high quality and reliable service to the customer in accordance with SLA and KPI’s.
- Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Carry out simple vehicle checks and record any defects and accident damage in accordance with company working procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness in and around the depot garage/vehicle preparation area.
- Provide cover for other service delivery positions as and when necessary, including similar posts at other depots as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of working within a small team environment.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Previous experience that has involved close attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Basic IT user to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
