Join Our Team as a Project Officer – Minor New Works at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL).
Salary: £TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Warminster

Your Role:
- Ensure compliance with ADSL’s QHSE policies and procedures and CDM Regulations.
- Execute projects with minimal disruption and manage customer interface.
- Undertake sub-contractor management including QHSE obligations.
- Day-to-day site management of contractors.
- Comply with ADSL management system for lifecycle, change, backlog, project management, procurement and finance.
- Ensure timely receipt of project documentation and handover to Asset Data Team.
- Provide concise reports on programme and project delivery issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or FM.
- UK Valid Driving Licence required.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Project Management
- Site Management
- Customer Management
- Good IT skills incl. Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- SMSTS
- Experience in MoD/Military environment
- Experience in Construction environment
- Small Works scope writing and specifying
Skills:
