Join our Team as a Receptionist/Administrator at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL).

Salary: Up to £26,400 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Tidworth

Your Role:

  • You will be providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience at reception, ensuring a professional presence is always maintained.
  • You will be ensuring the reception and office areas are kept clean, tidy and well presented.
  • You will be coordinating meeting room and catering bookings while liaising professionally with internal and external personnel.
  • You will be monitoring traffic and the VIP car park to support building security and operational policy ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • You will be operating the Salto Access Control System and supporting Teams and meeting room technology.
  • You will be establishing positive working relationships and supporting general administrative and site-related tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: You will have GCSEs including English and Maths.
  • NVQ in Customer Service or Business Administration would be an advantage.
  • Experience: You will have previous face to face customer service experience, ideally within a corporate or head office environment, along with competent use of Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams.
  • Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly, proactively and with initiative.
