Your Role:
- You will ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental policies
- You will liaise with stakeholders to plan, cost, manage and deliver Rattle projects in line with regulations and programme requirements
- You will manage ATP processes, contractor attendance and ensure regulatory compliance
- You will manage subcontractors including surveys and site escorting where required
- You will manage daily site activities and interfaces with key teams and authorities
- You will provide reporting including financial forecasting and programme updates
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have an industry-recognised qualification in building services, project management or facilities management, or relevant work experience, as well as SSSTS, NVQ Level 3 and First Aid certification.
Experience: You will have experience in construction regulations including CDM 2015 and Building Regulations, project and site management, lifting operations and proficiency with IFS systems.
Skills: You will have excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills, strong verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently, deliver cost-effective services within agreed budgets, and identify risks and opportunities for the business.
