Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri no weekends

Your Role:
- Oversee the maintenance delivery teams to ensure a well-coordinated sequence of works is procured and carried out in a timely, cost-effective manner, aligning with ADSL's performance and unavailability targets.
- Assist the Estates General Manager by evaluating work requirements and carrying out straightforward design tasks as instructed.
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out effectively, causing minimal disruption to Services and the Customer.
- Work closely with key stakeholders as part of the Estates Operating Pentagon.
- Communicate with stakeholders to inform them about the planned works in progress whilst ensuring that service level agreements are met and sustained.
- Provide clear reports to the EGM on all aspects of maintenance planning and execution.
- Manage, lead and develop a team of Maintenance Supervisors and oversee all staff involved in delivering the maintenance programme.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Industry recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and IOSH Managing Safely (Company will provide if required). Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project).
- Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong background in maintenance management within the facilities sector. Skilled in Safe Systems of work, leading and motivating teams, and effectively communicating data. Demonstrates accountability and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Skills: Experienced leader across multiple sites with strong communication, coordination and multitasking abilities. Skilled in stakeholder management, maintenance planning, and delivering excellent customer service. Proficient in maintenance systems, data analysis and committed to safety and continuous improvement.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
