What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * You will undertake sub-contractor management in line with the company processes and procedures including QHSE contractual obligations for contractors and sub-contractors. * You will ensure compliance with ADSL management system including all procedures and processes with regards to Lifecycle Project Management, Procurement and Finance. * You will ensure all project documentation is received in a timely manner from the contractor and handed to the Asset Data Team. * You will prepare and maintain project documentation ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. * You will assist the Project Team to ensure that all Projects are delivered in line with the CDM Regulations and ADSL’s Safe System of Work, Asbestos Management, QHSE requirements and on-site delivery * You will provide concise reports to the Project Manager on all programme and project delivery issues. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: An industry recognised qualification in Engineering / Project or facilities management. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and / or a First Aid certificate would be advantageous. * Experience: Previous experience working in a project and Site Management is essential. As well as significant experience in report writing and administration. Experience of working in Construction and Military environments is also desirable. * Skills: A solid skill set comprising excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach performing well under pressure and to tight deadlines. As well as the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team is necessary for this role. Delivers service in the most cost effective and timely manner, within agreed budgets and processes * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
