Your Role:
- To ensure White fleet and Green fleet are at the required standard for handover to the customer and to complete office duties including the preparation of paperwork, the allocation and scheduling of vehicles on maintenance tasks, the closing down of jobs and other general duties.
- Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition. White fleet vehicles are to be prepared to standard laid down in PAC SOR.
- Carry out pre-inspection checks and L1 maintenance jobs on Green fleet vehicles in accordance with Authority procedures.
- Planning and administrative control of external maintenance schedules, and completion of all associated documentation / systems using both business and/or customer MIS platforms.
- To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Have Health and Security awareness. Including Excellent organisational skills. Basic IT skills would be beneficial.
- Experience: Experience of working within a small team in a customer facing environment. Ability to work under pressure and has a keen eye for detail.
- Skills: Strong communication skills across all levels, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service. A collaborative team player who consistently meets deadlines.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain basic clearance.
