Your Role:
- You will be supporting maintenance teams by delivering equipment and assisting on-site activities using vehicles and tools safely.
- You will be assisting engineers as a second person on tasks, helping assess jobs and set up equipment when required.
- You will be loading, unloading and handling high-level access equipment and materials in line with safe working practices.
- You will be carrying out general maintenance and cleaning tasks across the Garrisons including waste management and minor repairs.
- You will be supporting specialised services such as gutter and window cleaning using appropriate equipment at height.
- You will be maintaining strict compliance with health and safety policies, promoting safe working practices and reporting issues.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
Experience: You will have a proven track record of working safely, following procedures, and prioritising tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and working independently.
Skills: You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach, good organisational ability, and the physical capability to undertake manual handling and work at height safely.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven ability to work within safe systems of work and follow health and safety procedures.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work proactively and independently, and apply strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with a disciplined and initiative-driven approach.
Desirable:
- Towing licence.
- Qualifications for mechanical elevated work platforms or tower systems.
- Manual handling and loading/unloading certifications.
- Experience working within a military environment or with trailers and equipment handling.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
