Your Role:
- To provide effective IT Administration and Support to the Department and ADSL Supervisor.
- Maintenance of SharePoint sites, SharePoint Permissions Groups and page builds.
- Maintain multiple 2* Army Headquarters SharePoint sites and assisting Standing Joint Command UK (a 3* Headquarters) and Army Sport with their SharePoint sites, including the look and feel of all sites.
- Liaison with the MoD IT Support Team personally and on behalf of customers, plus IT technical support to customers.
- Acting as an Authorised Demander (AD) for Defence Digital Catalogue Requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent, including Computer Sciences would be desirable). A SharePoint developer qualification and/or experience would also be advantageous.
- Experience: Intermediate skills in Office365 (OneNote, Forms, Power BI and SharePoint) with strong problem-solving and inductive reasoning. Accurate, methodical and effective under pressure in dynamic environments. Previous experience of working with the MoD would be beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong literacy. Highly organised, ethical and professional, with proven initiative and attention to detail. A collaborative, and helpful team player.
