Your Role:
- Manage a team of Project Managers across four garrisons.
- Oversee production of scopes, specifications, tenders, and RFQs in collaboration with Design Managers and Consultants.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate access and programme works.
- Ensure all projects are specified and tendered in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Prepare Pre‑Construction Information Packs in accordance with CDM regulations.
- Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team.
- Ensure compliance with ADSL Management Systems regarding Lifecycle, Change, Project Management, and Procurement.
- Plan projects to minimise disruption to services and the customer.
- Evaluate tender returns for compliance and value for money.
- Manage Building Regulation/Control and Planning applications.
- Oversee submission of WARFs.

- NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant discipline and a recognised Project Management qualification, with strong engineering, building services, or facilities management background.
- Experience & Knowledge:
