You will be responsible for programming and delivering Sodexo and reactive lifecycle works, ensuring projects are completed to agreed scope, quality, cost, and time requirements while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations across The Garrisons.

Your Role:
- You will be managing the end-to-end delivery of Sodexo and reactive lifecycle projects from initial scope through to completion and financial close, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, programme, cost, and quality standards.
- You will be ensuring all works are delivered in full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Construction Design and Management regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across all activities.
- You will be overseeing subcontractors and site activities, including planning, risk assessments, approvals, and day-to-day coordination to ensure performance and compliance standards are achieved.
- You will be coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully planned, costed, and delivered with minimal disruption to operations and customers.
- You will be managing project financials including procurement, purchase orders, cost control, forecasting, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- You will be maintaining project governance by ensuring compliance with company processes, regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records, reports, and performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will hold an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services, project management or facilities management, alongside a full UK driving licence.
- Experience: You will have experience in project and site management within construction, engineering or facilities management environments, supported by strong knowledge of building regulations and customer management, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, use your initiative, and maintain a strong commitment to health and safety while acting as a role model for company values.
- Experience & Knowledge: Project and site management experience within construction, engineering, or facilities management environments. Strong understanding of Construction Design and Management regulations and building regulations compliance. Experience of managing customer relationships and delivering projects within agreed service standards.
- Desirable: Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification. Experience working within a Ministry of Defence or military environment. Experience in small works scope writing and specifying, along with knowledge of enterprise systems.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume, fast-paced workload. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with stakeholders. Commitment to health and safety, promoting a zero-harm culture across all activities.
